At ACS Rental, we want you to feel confident in your look, which is why we offer a seamless return process for all our high-fashion rental pieces. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, simply return it within 24 hours of delivery for a full credit or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ACS Rental account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Garment

  Place the unworn item with all original tags attached back into the reusable ACS shipping bag or box provided in your original delivery.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects the item, we will issue a full store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
